Michelle Pelletier founded Veriflow Legal Solutions to provide strategic, precise legal support that aligns with your business goals. Drawing from over a decade as in-house counsel at a global financial services company, she understands the importance of responsive, business-minded legal advice.
With deep experience in transactional and regulatory matters across Latin America, and other international exposure through assignments in Europe and China, Michelle brings a global perspective and bilingual fluency to every client engagement. Her cross-border experience gives her a nuanced understanding of how to navigate legal and cultural complexities with clarity and efficiency.

Michelle Pelletier is the owner and founder of Veriflow Legal Solutions.
She previously spent over 12 years as in-house counsel at American Express, where she advised business teams, primarily across Latin America (including Brazil), on a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters, with a strong emphasis on legal risk assessment and innovative contract structuring.
Known for her collaborative approach, Michelle also facilitated cross-functional and multi-jurisdictional engagement, working closely with key stakeholders to drive successful outcomes on major projects and strategic initiatives.
Michelle is also deeply engaged within the legal community in South Florida and across Latin America, having held leadership positions in respected legal networking groups such as the Juncadella Corporate Counsel Group and the South Florida Women’s In-House Counsel Group. Through this involvement, she’s built a broad, trusted network of legal professionals across the region—connections that often prove valuable in helping clients move efficiently and strategically through complex matters.
Michelle earned her law degree magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and holds an LL.M. in international business law from ESADE Law & Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
Michelle deeply believes in the power of education and mentoring. Having experienced the lasting impact of several important mentors in her life, she proudly serves as a Board Member for Path to College, a nonprofit organization in Lake Worth, Florida, that provides a mentorship and college readiness program for high-achieving underprivileged high school students.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys playing the violin, practicing and teaching yoga, and traveling the world.
Michelle speaks English and Spanish and enjoys working in both languages.
